When to make a cell reference absolute
(i.e. fixed position) instead of relative
(i.e. position adjusts) is a critical concept that must be mastered otherwise
your experience of using an Excel spreadsheet would be an unproductive one as
you would (a) not be able to copy and paste formulas and would have to input
each formula individually or (b) have to replicate the source cell for each
cell with a result. |
